• Civil Site Design
  Residential, commercial, industrial, and recreational developments including single-family and multi-family subdivisions, golf courses, and warehouse facilities.

• Stormwater & Water Resource Management
  Modeling of complex drainage systems using ICPR, Cascade, and LiDAR; design of water management systems; and development of groundwater and nutrient loading studies.

• Permitting & Regulatory Representation
  Preparation and submittal of permit applications for local, state, and federal agencies including SFWMD, FDEP, FDOT, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. We maintain close relationships with permitting agencies and offer expert-level regulatory guidance.

• Construction Management
  Field inspections, contractor coordination, QA/QC processes, and the preparation of as-built documentation and O&M manuals. We ensure projects are built as designed, on time, and within budget.

• Utility & Roadway Design
  Engineering of water and sewer systems, drainage infrastructure, turn lanes, and access improvements using FDOT and local municipal standards.

• Expert Witness & Technical Consultation
  Engineering support for legal matters including hydrology, water quality, and permitting disputes.

• GIS & 3D Modeling
  Use of advanced Civil 3D and terrain modeling techniques to generate accurate, data-rich designs. Our proprietary Hypsometric Tinting improves analysis of flow and drainage issues.
