SW 25th Terrace & SW Feroe Ave

NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE 1

The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is pleased to announce Phase 1 of the improvement project of the existing SW 25th Terrace and SW Feroe Avenue roadways.  

The goal of this project is to improve the quality of life for residents, while maintaining the distinctive identity of the community. 

The improvements will include:

• Reconstruction of the existing roadways with an all-weather surface.
• Roadside drainage swales to improve the water quality of the runoff into our adjacent waterways.
• Sidewalks for enhanced protection to pedestrians.
• Connection of the two separate roadways.
• Upgraded utility services, including sewer services for adjacent properties.

This project may require temporary inconveniences to the property owners along SW 25th Terrace and SW Feroe Avenue. Such temporary inconveniences may include:

• Limited access to existing driveways and such areas within the county owned right-of-way.
• Disruptions to the traffic flow throughout the neighborhood.

Initial project information is being sent via USPS to affected residents and will include the project hotline number and directions to this webpage for accessing the most up-to-date information.
